For the Protein (choose one):

500g goat meat, chicken, or fresh fish
For the Pepper Soup Base:

1–2 tablespoons pepper soup spice mix

1 small onion (sliced)

2 cloves garlic (crushed)

1 small piece ginger (grated)

1–2 fresh chili peppers (optional, for extra heat)

1 seasoning cube

Salt to taste

4–5 cups water
For Aroma & Finish:

Fresh scent leaves (or basil as a substitute)
Instructions
1. Build the Base
Place your chosen protein into a pot. Add onions, garlic, ginger, seasoning cube, and salt. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
2. Layer the Flavor
Add the pepper soup spice mix and fresh chili peppers. Reduce heat and allow it to simmer gently.
As it cooks, the broth transforms — becoming fragrant, slightly cloudy, and deeply inviting.
3. Let It Develop
Allow the soup to simmer until the protein is tender and infused with spice. Goat meat may take longer, while fish cooks quickly and should be handled gently.
4. Finish with Freshness
Add scent leaves toward the end and let them wilt into the soup. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
